The full USPS NCOA dataset (which we provide to our users) contains approximately 160 million address changes. This translates into the last 4 years' worth of Individual, Family and Business moves.

The 48-month National Change of Address dataset is updated weekly and contains approximately 100 million records more than the limited 18-month dataset and therefore achieves a much higher NCOA match rate because of this huge breadth of data. We do not recommend the 18-month file because it misses so many address changes.

NCOAsource's NCOA processing is the best way to increase deliverability and reduce exposure to return mail.
